This is a fantastic guitar and would be a dream guitar for anyone looking to get into a modern-leaning, easy to manage archtop.

The Benedetto Bravo is a dream for jazz players who love the sound of a full-bodied archtop but want something lighter, more compact, and easier to live with day to day. Leave it to Benedetto to deliver that classic tone in a slimmer, more travel-friendly form.

With a 2.5" deep, 16" wide body, a laminated spruce top, and flamed maple back and sides, the Bravo feels immediately comfortable and responsive. The flamed maple neck (1 3/4" nut, 12" radius) and ebony fingerboard make for an easy, elegant playing experience, and the Benedetto A–6 humbucker delivers a rich, warm tone that’s unmistakably "jazz", but with a bit more air and openness than your typical Gibson-style build.

Acoustically, it’s lively and loud with a dry, focused midrange, perfect for unplugged sessions or quiet practice. Plugged in, it shines with that Jim Hall-like character we love: fat, warm, and articulate, with a beautiful acoustic shimmer in the highs. It’s refined, expressive, and feels built for the modern player.

Condition
This guitar was played but you can tell was well cared for. There is no fret wear and the setup is spot on. Signs of wear include light marks and very small indentations scattered around the body and neck (nothing concerning at all). The humbucker's gold plating has worn off on both the bass and treble sides.
