Insanely lightweight and huge-sounding, the Hawaiian Master is a tribute to the guitars made famous by musician Roy Smeck in the early 20th Century. The comfort of the short-scale neck on a large body makes playability easier than one would imagine; and the tonal benefits waiting to be reaped here are limitless. Yes, the low end response is enormous, but 12-fret dreads are also characterized by an exceptionally warm treble register as well.
