2004 Rigel A+ Deluxe recently into the shop! Designed by luthier Pete Langdell in VT, Rigel mandolins are known for their unique construction and excellent playability and tone. The radiused sides are crafted from a single block of Vermont sugar maple, which is then seamlessly fused with the top and back to create the signature Rigel silhouette. A remarkably versatile instrument, this mandolin is a joy to play - the soft, rounded V neck carve makes for fast, comfortable playability across the board. With the original, internally installed piezo pickup, this mandolin is an excellent live instrument, whether straight into an acoustic amp or venue PA. In very good used condition - some light finish scratches and pick wear, but no major marks or dings. Priced with original tweed hardshell case.
