As traditional Spanish classicals go, there is not much more one could wish for sonically: clear, full single strings, a dark romantic quality to the bass, with a balanced, well proportioned harmonic complexity. The Lozano is quite the engaging player, equally inviting for introspective and more outwardly expressive approaches. An outstanding Spanish concert classical.
