A great sounding guitar-bodied octave mandolin with a pickup, ready for the stage!
What To Know
Get your Tim O'Brien on! This is the only guitar-bodied octave we've seen from Paul Lestock of Arrow Instruments, a maker recognized for his unique takes on arched top, jazz-styled mandolins. This GBOM boasts a big, open voice, thanks to its 16" lower bout and a 24.9" scale. Well suited to rhythm work, it sounds great and is a blast to play!
The Arrow flew through the shop last year, and we are happy to be able to host it again. Very much a handmade instrument, it comes to us in good condition. All in all, an excellent value for anyone looking to get into guitar-bodied octave mandolin.
