Product information

Turns out Lynn Dudenbostel is as masterful a guitar maker as he is a mandolin luthier.

We are thrilled to welcome our first new Dudenbostel guitar to the shop! This guitar was designed and spec'd by Mr. Dudenbostel with some especially choice tonewoods he'd saved for years: Koa and Engelmann Spruce. The blueprint here is a late 1920's style-18 000, complete with Rosewood binding and pyramid bridge. This guitar is sumptuously responsive in hand: delicate enough to please a fingerstylist, but robust enough for a sensitive flatpicker. The voice is clear, warm, and well-defined, with bell-like trebles and balance that rival a vintage guitar.

Priced with Hoffee carbon fiber case. Please call us for an in-hand description.
