What if Mahogany topped guitars existed in Martin's Standard Series?

If you want an all mahogany guitar to sound killer, you need build them on the light side. This Martin Custom Shop 000 Mahogany Top is just such a guitar.

We hand picked the mahogany sets for this run of customs to insure they not only looked great but had the right stiffness without too much mass. And man, did Martin deliver!

This super-responsive 000 delivers mounds of tone with just the right amount of woodiness. The overtones are surprisingly lush while maintaining clarity and definition.

The aim with this guitar was to answer the question, "What if Mahogany topped guitars existed in Martin's Standard Series?" The internal construction is identical to a 000-18. The only thing that's different is the Mahogany top (and yes, the rectangle bridge, for its sleek look).
