C.F. Martin only produced their style-51 baritone ukuleles for a brief window of time in the late 1950's and early 1960's; and the examples that have weathered their ownership well continue to be perennial favorites at TME amongst guitar players interested in adding a uke to their quiver (a baritone is tuned D-G-B-E, a la the highest four strings of a guitar) and ukulele players interested in rounding out their collection. These instruments have a beautiful, ultra-warm tone and sublime neck feel that'll have you broadening your musical horizons no matter what your preferred style or palette may be. This example is in excellent, all-original condition, with no significant cosmetic wear for an instrument its age. All solid Mahogany, with Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Priced with non-original hardshell case.
