This Custom Shop take on the classic OM-28 offers depth of tone that will rival a boutique guitar ~ with the modern neck profile and cutaway favored by many contemporary fingerstyle players.
The Martin OM-28 is the most popular acoustic guitar in our shop. In an effort to offer an upgrade without stretching to an "Authentic" level price point, we've created a Custom Shop 28-style OM that incorporates all the specs of a Standard Series OM-28 but substitutes a European Spruce top for the normal Sitka...and adds a Venetian cutaway!To our ears, this is an OM-28, only better. The European Spruce top brings more stiffness to the table, imparting color of tone, clarity, snap, and a significantly more focused & clear low end. This Custom Shop take on the classic OM-28 offers depth of tone that will rival a boutique guitar ~ with the modern neck profile and cutaway favored by many contemporary fingerstyle players.

Every instrument is thoroughly checked and set up before shipping fully insured via UPS with tracking to your door. We reuse boxes and materials to cut waste when they meet our protection standard.
Inspect it, play it, and if it isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or one-time exchange. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and the buyer covers shipping both ways.
