Another new and exciting build has rolled in from Connor Kelly at High Spirit Guitars!

This is our first 'Junior' style guitar from one of our favorite new luthiers, and we can't get enough of it! The Flamingo hawk is such a great platform for a single-pickup configuration- there's just something about the contouring and sleek feel combined with the utilitarian function that is freeing and inspiring. All of those elements we've grown to love in the classic single-pickup guitars (looking at you, Esquire and LP Junior) are right here in this Flamingo Hawk.

Burgundy Mist is another one of those colors we'll never say 'no' to- somewhat of an unsung hero in the custom color world. The scheme screams 'mid 60s Fender' until you factor in Connor's angular pickguard and control plate shapes, custom made bridge and tailpiece, and Hot Dog single-coil pickup. Just familiar enough while still presenting something fresh. We love it!

This is another great example of Connor's impressive build quality, which continues to get better with each and every instrument coming through.
