Electronic Audio Experiments

Boston, MA

“We take great joy in making the tools to make art, and we hope you can share in that joy.”

Founded from both musical imagination and engineering prowess, Electronic Audio Experiments (EAE) was founded in 2015 by guitarist-electrical engineer John Snyder in Boston, MA.

This workshop is all about bringing forgotten circuits back to life, and then letting them stretch beyond what the past ever imagined.

The result? Pedals with grit, texture, and raw possibility.

Sonic Exploration Meets Purpose

EAE pedals aren’t formulas, they’re journeys. John and his team build standalone designs and tribute circuits alike, all engineered to push tone’s boundaries and vibe’s edges.

Crafted in a Close-Knit Workshop

From Boston’s streets to your rig, each unit is designed, prototyped, and assembled by a tight team with deep ties to audio culture - and a love for sonic risk-taking.

Built into the Underground

Rooted in scuffed studios and travel-worn stages, EAE pedals thrive in real-world grit. They’re tools for scrappy touring bands and studio obsessives alike who demand tone with bite and storytelling.
