We've added a D-45 to our lineup of "Custom Authentic" builds from C.F. Martin, utilizing a nice straight-grained set of Guatemalan Rosewood for the back & sides!
This guitar was constructed with the full "Authentic" suite of features, and inspired by Martin's D-45 Authentic 1942 model (though we've selected the wider, 1930's nut width and string spacing).
The sound is wonderful, exhibiting the powerful, focused, low end shimmer you'd expect from a world-class D-45, while also delivering incredibly open, woody treble notes. Exquisite worksmanship and tone, in a dreadnought any one of us would be proud to take home! Priced with Harptone-style hard case from Martin's Custom Shop.
