Product information

For old-time players, and guitarists looking for a quality archtop with which to do their best Dave Rawlings impersonation, these Kalamazoos are an unbeatable value.

This Kalamazoo KG-32 was acquired from the family of its original owner; and it may be the most well-preserved example of the model we've seen. We won't get too heavy with the superlatives since, true -- at the end of the day, it's a catalog-grade archtop. But for old-time players, and guitarists looking for a quality instrument with which to do their best Dave Rawlings impersonation, these Kalamazoos are an unbeatable value.

The solid Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides give this guitar a depth of tone that'd be the envy of many modern guitars built in its style. The upgraded style-32 trim includes a bound fingerboard and pickguard, which gives this guitar a very classy look despite its austere origins. This instrument remains in all-original condition, and has been freshly setup by our techs. Priced with a 1960's Gibson chipboard case.
