We look for banjos with presence: clear, focused tone, solid construction, and the kind of resonance that speaks whether you're playing clawhammer, bluegrass, or something entirely your own. Maker, model, era, and condition all factor into our evaluation, and anything that doesn't meet our standards simply doesn't make the cut.
