Grosh NOS Retro Walnut/Timeworn

Now featuring Grosh’s new Timeworn finish, this Walnut-colored NOS Retro brings tasteful vintage vibes with its expertly aged finish and hardware - never overdone, always refined.

As with every Grosh, one of the standout features is the neck. The medium/large roundback carve (.85–.95") leans vintage but feels instantly familiar, with a 10" radius and flawless fretwork that deliver a smooth, contemporary playability. It's the porridge in the middle - not too big, not too small. Just right for just about everyone.

Acoustically, it’s lively and snappy with impressive sustain. Plugged in, the slightly hotter pickups serve up beautifully compressed Strat tones that sit somewhere between vintage sparkle and modern punch. They can easily push your amp into fatter territory while giving your picking hand a break - the pickups do some of the heavy lifting, which we always appreciate.

A Tele-style base plate on the bridge pickup and a clever blend control (in place of the second tone knob) expand the tonal range. Blend in the neck pickup in positions 1 and 2 for added warmth, or use the control as a subtle EQ: rolled up for bold mids, rolled back for a slight scoop. It’s a smart way to tailor the guitar to your rig, your hands, and your ears.
