Product information

In this OM2H, we hear what we've become accustomed to hearing in other Guatemalan Rosewood guitars: a strong, rich fundamental note, with enhanced clarity and power compared to an Indian Rosewood guitar.

One of the very few Collings guitars we've seen using Guatemalan Rosewood; and we are absolutely loving the results! Employed by many luthiers in recent years, Guatemalan is a fine stand-in for Brazilian or Madagascar. In this OM, we hear what we've become accustomed to hearing in other Guatemalan Rosewood guitars: a strong, rich fundamental note, with enhanced clarity and power compared to an Indian Rosewood guitar.

Paired with a German Spruce top, it's especially shimmery & adds to the guitar's overall responsiveness significantly. Anyone interested in a shop-favorite, dynamite sounding OM should consider themselves notified! Priced with hardshell case.
