Product information

This great-sounding 2023 Collings D1 has just come into the shop on trade! The guitar sports Collings's "Vintage Now" neck shape - a slightly chunkier "V" than their standard neck, with more mass on the shoulders (it's very close to their "Traditional" neck carve). We think the added neck mass yields an uptick in power and responsiveness; and this guitar would make a great addition to the stable of a player interested in stepping up to their first boutique-level dreadnought.

This instrument remains in very good overall condition. The surfaces still shine like new; and while there are a few errant marks from standard handling of the instrument, many people would likely mistake this for a brand-new guitar. The priced includes a TKL hard case which is not original to the guitar.
