This 1948 D-18 comes to us from its longtime owner, who's kept it in great shape and played it lovingly (as you can likely tell from the honest wear on its surfaces). It's original except for its endpin & bridge pins; and it's had a well done neck reset and re-fret at some point in its past. It plays easily up and down the neck, with nice low action and an easy response. Tone? Check out our video for a taste ... but we'll refrain from too much poetry when it comes to this one. Woody, bright, balanced, loud ... it's a classic Martin D-18 that's got plenty of horsepower to give to the right player. With non-original hard case.
