An amazing counterpart to the Nathan Junior, the Vinny Reverb excels at low volume tone with amazing dynamics and great reverb.

Since its release, the Benson Vinny Reverb has taken ahold of the small, low watt combo market. Beautifully designed, simple to use, and highly versatile, it covers some serious ground.

Pushing 5 watts of output via a single EL84 power tube, it strikes a balance of fullness and warmth with clarity and definition that makes it such a satisfying low-volume option. A great writing and recording amp, the Vinny Reverb also excels in small club settings without the need for a mic, or even at home when you want to keep things quieter and still maintain great feel and response under your fingers. The added power scaling advances things even further, with excellent range of clean to dirty while controlling volume, all without compromising response and dynamics.

We praise its clean tones (especially with that reverb!), but let's not overlook how great the Vinny Reverb sounds cranked up. It's got a really impressive grind that has some tweed-like harmonic saturation without feeling overly compressed. Plug this amp into a larger 2x12 cabinet and watch out!

"Big sound in a small package" sounds like a tired pitch, but it rings true in the Vinny Reverb. That's not something we can say happens in the guitar amp world on a regular basis. It's deserving of all the praise it gets!
