Product information

This 1997 Klon Centaur was purchased brand new, direct from Bill Finnegan, in August 1997. It remained with its original owner until now. It represents the second iteration of the fabled "Gold Horsie" Klon, which is really just a slight change in the Centaur graphic.

Following the original run of Centaur overdrives, the Centaur's tail design changed from "long" to "short". This Klon features the latter.

Beyond the minor change in artwork, this is an original and unmodified circuit, complete with all of the epoxy-coated components. While used throughout the years, it was very well cared for, with just some superficial signs of wear on the enclosure. Rubber feet were once installed and then removed from the back plate.

The pedal still resides in its original cardboard box along with the original Bill Of Sale/transaction records between Bill and its former owner.
