Product information

This beautiful 1926 Martin 0-21 has just come into the shop for consignment! Although it's had some work done to it over the years, it presents beautifully in person and carries the lovely, warm tone only obtainable through guitars from the Golden Era. As we've come to expect from these 0-sized instruments, the sound in this case truly belies the dimensions of the guitar. Notes leap out of it with ease, blooming with clear, rich harmonic content and silky smoothness. An excellent choice for anyone interested in a pre-war Martin for fingerstyle playing!

Condition: the body finish has been oversprayed, appearing a bit glossier than one might otherwise expect for a 1920's guitar. The bridge has been replaced with one made by TJ Thompson; that work was completed by mandolin builder, Max Girouard. A new setup has been completed by our shop, and no other work is required at this time. Priced with a contemporary hardshell case. On consignment; shipping calculated at checkout. We invite any interested parties to contact us for an in-hand description!
