The Postmodern Stratocaster from Fender's Custom Shop is all about combining old-school Fender vibe with more modern refinements.

Featuring a two-piece ash body with contoured neck heel and deep contours, a quarter-sawn maple neck featuring a Large C carve (.875-.95"), a compound-radius (9.5”-12”) round-lam rosewood fingerboard, and 24 Dunlop 6150 frets, this Postmodern embodies everything we love about a great Strat - a loud, open, resonant acoustic voice, lightweight/balanced, a fantastic neck with a slinky playing feel, and slightly hotter amplified tones.

This Shell Pink Strat features a trio of hand-wound Poblano pickups with a reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup. These pickups deliver a well-balanced tone, shimmering clear highs and balanced rich lows with a bit more output to drive the front-end of your fave tube amp.

Other features include a five-way switch, three-ply mint pickguard, Custom Shop RSD bridge, Fender locking tuning machines, a bone nut no string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap, trem bar, and certificate of authenticity.
