This is the first Atkin 12-fret 000 to feature Deluxe level appointments, including pearl top trim. We think the visual results are really attractive, especially under Atkin's aged finish; but the sound is what's really special here.

This is a huge-sounding guitar, with incredible power and depth of tone -- it handles a flatpick easily, and rings like a struck bell even under a light fingerstyle attack. It's a very "rosewoody" sounding rosewood guitar, with darkness and warmth in the midrange that gives its voice a wonderful softness -- especially noticeable in solo and duo settings.
