Product information

The ADJ38's sound is extremely powerful, snappy, and rich, thanks to its rosewood body and 25.4" scale.

This is our first Atkin ADJ38 ~ the builder's homage to the legendary Advanced Jumbo. The playability of this guitar is not far off from one of the originals: with its medium-fat C shaped neck and 1 11/16" fingerboard width, the ADJ exhibits the same neck geometry as a 1938 AJ. The sound is extremely powerful, snappy, and rich, thanks to its rosewood body and 25.4" scale. It's a slope-shouldered dreadnought that'll stand toe to toe with any D-28, and provide a velvety bed of sound for singer-songwriters who play with bare fingers. A tremendously versatile guitar, and a current shop favorite! Priced with TKL hard case.
