Description
Martin only made fifty of these D-28s crafted from pre-CITES Brazilian Rosewood, and now we have #21 here in the shop on consignment! Paired with an Adirondack spruce top, this guitar has got a huge, warm sound that harkens back to the great guitars of their golden era. Piano-sized low end, with a beautiful, shimmery sound that lends itself well to both fingerpicking and flatpicking. It can do bluegrass, of course, but we've been very impressed by how lovely it sounds when played fingerstyle as a vocal back-up guitar. This guitar has been very well cared for, and remains in excellent condition. Priced with its original custom Martin hard case!
