It's always nice to have one of the original style-18 Authentics in the shop -- and this 2008 000-18 is a particularly nice-sounding & well kept example. Overall condition is super-clean: one miniscule top ding that's impossible to photograph, but otherwise minty fresh. It's loud, woody and open sounding, with a nicely aggressive midrange that suits flatpicking & fiddle tunes perfectly. The top is flat, the neck is straight, and  the setup is ideal (with saddle showing, should the next owner ever decide to lower the action). In short? If you're in the market for a 000-18 Authentic, we'd recommend scooping this one up quickly! With its original hard case.
