Product information

When it comes to electric guitars, it's really hard to beat a great mahogany bodied guitar with P90s. A classic combo that is surprisingly versatile - a case of "looks can be deceiving" for the uninitiated.

Collings has undoubtedly mastered this formula with their 290 model - comfortable ergonomics, light overall weight, a perfect 50s neck carve (think 59 LP), killer Lollar P90s, and of course, being a Collings, flawless build quality and playability.

These are incredibly resonant, lively guitars that feel like a slightly refined, higher quality version of the original Les Paul Specials.

This 290 has seen some regular use over the years and shows light to moderate wear throughout as a result. A few small nicks, scuffs, and pick marks as well as some dings on the back of the body, but generally quite clean.

Includes original hardshell case.
