An absolute dream player of a tele that's got Uncle Larry's approval

As soon as we learned that this "Partscaster Plus" previously belonged to session man extraordinaire Tom Bukovac, we knew it had to be a good one.

This is one of those guitars that just has "it", whatever "it" is. It took most of us here at TME about 10 seconds to collectively arrive at the same conclusion.

A well-crafted and lightweight MJT body meets an original 1963 Fender Telecaster neck with a set of Ron Ellis pickups running point, for what has become just a devastatingly great guitar. It rings like crazy, sustains like a Les Paul, and plays like a fistful of hundred dollar bills (that's a good thing, trust us).

There's always something special about an old Fender neck, and this one doesn't disappoint. It's been reworked for sure (new decal, replaced tuners, a refret), but its feel is irreplaceable and immediately identifiable.

It's somewhat of a perfect storm in the partscaster world. In theory, a bunch of high quality parts bolted together should result in a high performing instrument. That's not always the case, though. But this one...this guitar... man....

Before one of us buys it (not a joke, by the way), snatch this absolutely killer Fender/MJT/Ron Ellis beast of a tele.
