This 1967 Gibson SJ-200 has just arrived for consignment! It's a well-preserved & well-played example of the model, which now exhibits a very cool vibe and a nice, naturally-aged structure. The sound is what we have come to expect from the model: powerful, bright, and woody, with that inimitable combination of midrange clarity and up-the-neck sparkle when a capo is placed at the 7th fret (which one inevitably will be).

The guitar retains all its original structural components, including the rosewood "Tune-o-Matic" bridge. There is playwear down to bare wood in some spots on the soundboard (please see photo gallery), alongside the expected finish checking a various dings and scratches. Interested buyers are welcome to contact us for an in-hand description! Our shop has freshened the setup and inspected the entire structure for strength and stability.
