Product information

The 514ce yields power ideal for heavy strummers, along with touch sensitivity that gives it a wide dynamic range that's great for fingerstyle players.

Taylor's 500 Series is evolving and we applaud the debut of the new 514ce Urban Ironbark -- a Grand Auditorium built with responsibly sourced, solid wood back and sides upcycled from Taylor's urban wood initiative.

The addition of a torrefied Sitka Spruce top immediately vaults the 514ce to a spotlit place in Taylor's lineup. Whereas the legacy 514ce, with its Cedar top, was a distinctly better fit for fingerstyle players, the revamped 514ce is endlessly versatile -- as great a heavy strumming guitar as it is a fingerstyle instrumentalist.
