The StroboStomp HD features the largest tuning display Peterson has ever put in a pedal tuner - a high-definition LCD with a variable color LED backlight you can set to suit the stage, the room, or your own preference. Assign colors to presets and you cut menu navigation down to a glance.

True-bypass mode is silent, with no pop when you engage it. Peterson uses a series of timed relays that drain the signal before breaking the connection, so your tone stays out of harm's way. There's also a user-engageable buffered output mode for longer cable runs or pedalboards with multiple low-impedance pedals - useful when you want to preserve drive and high end across the chain.

Inside, you get over 100 Sweetened Tunings - Peterson's corrections for the inherent tuning quirks of specific instruments - plus Guided Tuning presets across a wide range of instruments and styles. Guided Tuning mode displays numeric string values instead of note names, which makes moving between open and alternate tunings fast and intuitive, whether you're a beginner trying drop D for the first time or a working player switching tunings between songs.
