This very clean 1970 Martin D-28 would make a great recording guitar: the beautiful, sparkling sound reveals more depth than you might imagine if you think of it as "just a 70's guitar." It's in all-original condition, with no cracks, and very clean surfaces (it is 50 years old, so expect to see light pick wear and normal signs of handling). The guitar plays great and sets up at standard action, but there is very little room left in the saddle and it cannot be lowered further. Priced with black wood-ply hardshell case, this D-28 would be right at home with a singer / songwriter who's not too fond of the idea of having a new, shiny guitar and favors something with a little more time & earthiness under its belt.
