This 1962 Gibson LG3 has just come in for consignment! Brought to us by the family of its original owner, the guitar remains in very good condition; and it's a very loud, punchy little guitar that'd work well for anyone interested in a small-bodied Gibson usable as a strummer in a band context. The neck shape is a not-particularly-chunky D, and would work well for anyone with smaller hands who likes to wrap their thumb around the first position. Wide open and dry-sounding, this LG3 has just been set up in our shop, plays easily, and is ready to go for its next steward.
Condition: the original adjustable saddle has been replaced with a bone counterpart, though many of us would consider that modification an improvement. Other than that, no structural work has been done to the guitar. Cosmetically, you'll only find typical play wear & scratches associated with an instrument this old. No cracks or unsightly blemishes; and the finish looks great in hand. Priced with a non-original hardshell case. On consignment; shipping calculated at checkout.
