Gibson L-00 (1937)
Vintage
This excellent sounding 1937 Gibson L-00 has been tempting every member of the TME staff over the last week. Its incredible good looks and hollow, woody sound befit everyone's idea of what a "vintage" instrument should be. Aside from a replaced bridge and new frets, it's in original condition with no cracks (there's lots of honest playwear, as evidenced by our photos). Overall condition would certainly be described as excellent on the vintage scale. We could wax on and on about how much we love this guitar and its sound ... or you could have a listen to our friend Alex Rubin play "Windy and Warm" on it below! Priced with non original hard case.
- Spruce top
- Mahogany back & sides
- Replica bridge, new frets
- 1 3/4" Nut width
- 24 7/8" Scale length
- 2 5/16" String spacing
- Non-original hard case
