2023 Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab '68 Les Paul Custom Reissue in Ultra Light Aged Ebony finish just into the shop!

Late 60s LPs have become some of the most popular vintage electrics in recent years, and for good reason! They share a lot of their DNA with 50s LPs and the narrow production period that produced historically accurate instruments has garnered a lot of attention by players and collectors alike.

Gibson shines a light on this period with their '68 LP Custom Reissue, combining the elements of classic LP construction with the "Black Beauty" aesthetic born in the 50s that still remains one of the most iconic and popular instruments today.

The '68 Custom Humbuckers deliver that hybrid PAF-meets-T-Top tone, combining clarity and nuance with punch and power. The Ebony fingerboard adds a little extra top end cut as well.

This guitar has been very well maintained since new, and includes its clean original Lifton reissue hardshell case, COA, and paperwork.
