Often dubbed the "Baby Twin", this 40 watt 2x12 combo is one of the classic combos from Fender's most prolific era of amplifier production. They offer big, bold clean tone at friendlier volumes than the 80-watt powerhouse Twin Reverb, and will break up with some pleasing grit earlier on in the volume sweep as well. Loaded with Jensen C12N speakers (arguably the best vintage speakers in this amp), it has plenty of chime and sparkle along with a tight, punchy low end. They handle anything from low output single coils to hot PAFs and everything in between, allowing the guitar to shine through with equal parts authority and sweetness.

It's been used over the years, but not abused. Some non-invasive circuit mods have been removed from the amp, and a regular service has just been completed by our great friend Stan Day to ensure years of continued reliability. There was a modification to have Reverb functional on the Normal channel which we've elected to leave in place. It sounds so good that we were compelled to feature it in some of our vintage electric demos! Just an all-around great Fender 2x12 combo that can handle any gig environment.

**Please Note: All vintage amplifiers - regardless of service history - contain electronic components that will eventually require replacement or repair. This is often unpredictable and should be expected as a vintage amplifier owner. We are not responsible for additional service upon receipt.**
