Fender Deluxe Reverb A 09001 (1965)
Vintage
No matter how many of these old Deluxe Reverbs we encounter, we never grow tired of having them. They're iconic for a reason, right?
This mid '65 does everything you want an old Black Panel DR- beautiful cleans with tight bass, relaxed midrange, and clear highs that have become the signature of clean electric guitar tone. They break up beautifully as well, and tend to hit the mark on volume without being overbearing.
This one came to us from a local customer of ours who'd taken great care of it during his tenure with the amp. Aside from a speaker swap, the amp remains mostly original throughout. It had been serviced prior to our acquiring it, but we went ahead and got it checked out by Stan Day to cover our bases. Nothing else was needed beyond a little bit of cleaning.
**Please Note: All vintage amplifiers - regardless of service history - contain electronic components that will eventually require replacement or repair. This is often unpredictable and should be expected as a vintage amplifier owner. We are not responsible for additional service upon receipt. We also do not guarantee tube life.**
