Product information

The Traditional OM from Collings steers one of their most popular models in a decidedly more vintage leaning direction.

The Traditional Series guitars from Collings reflect a desire to revive the classic building techniques of the 1930's, integrating them seamlessly with the modern standards of playability and finish work for which Collings has set the bar.

The OM2H Traditional is appreciably more open sounding than its standard series equivalent, with an overall drier, rounder tone. If you enjoy the Collings clarity and punch, yet long for a mellower sound, this model may very nicely check all the boxes for you.

Per usual with Collings, the worksmanship is flawless throughout. The OM size is also incredibly versatile. When paired with the extra horsepower of the Traditional build, this really becomes a do-everything guitar. It's loud and dynamic enough for flat-picking, yet responsive and subtle enough for fingerstyle. The OM2H Traditional is a true Swiss Army Knife of a guitar with impeccable tone and playable.
