Vintage vibes abound on this classic I-35LC supercharged with Ron Ellis pickups and a '60s Neck.
The I-35LC has become a staple in the Collings electric lineup, taking some of its classic queues from the Gibson ES-335 and creating a refined, sleek, and refreshed semi-hollow electric that pushes forward a vintage-inspired sonic recipe with modern build quality and unrivaled fit and finish. We're frequently asked if the neck could be just a tiny bit slimmer, and voila! Behold this stunning build with a fast and easy playing '60s neck!A pair of Ron Ellis Bette humbuckers were an inspired choice for this build. Rich, powerful, and never lacking in top end chime, they give this I-35 an articulate and responsive voice that has the kind of harmonic energy suited for great clean and edge-of-breakup tones as well as full on fuzzed out rock. If you're after uncompromising feel and playability with vintage vibe and attitude, look no further.
Condition: Brand New. Fully inspected and set up by TME staff before it ships or leaves the showroom.
