The City Limits Jazz is one of the most limited and sought after guitars made by Collings. Combining elements of our favorite long-scale electric archtops with a slender, lightweight, and fully hollow Mahogany body and Spruce top, it has the projection, definition, and responsiveness to handle most any style of play.
The fully hollow body powers a harmonically rich and incredibly responsive sound, while the slim body and sleek body design make for an incredibly comfortable playing experience. It sonically has plenty of punch and enough volume be played acoustically, with a warm round jazz tone courtesy of the Lollar Johnny Smith pickup when amplified. We typically see only one CL Jazz a year - if that - so if you've had a CL Jazz on your wishlist for some time this is the perfect opportunity to grab one!
