This Taylor 914CE is a welcome addition to Taylor's Legacy series guitars. This evergreen model faithfully recreates one of Taylor's most popular and iconic instruments. The timeless Cindy Inlays, Engelmann spruce top, and Indian Rosewood back sides all feel like a bit of a homecoming for Taylor. Most strikingly, this model is X-braced, rather than V-braced, and has an earthy sound reminiscent of an earlier era of Taylor. The Baggs Element VTC pickup sounds great and guarantees excellent amplified sound. Rounding out the Legacy series with great tone and class, the 914CE Legacy is a fantastic addition to Taylor's storied collection.
