Product information

This incredible-sounding Froggy Bottom M, in Madagascar Rosewood, is the perfect addition to a collection that's been missing one of their storied guitars.

We've long considered the M one of Froggy Bottom's most versatile body shapes. It's small enough that it feels like an OM when you're seated with it, yet deep enough that you're not afraid to dig in and coax impressive low end from it with a flatpick. The shorter-than-standard scale makes it a joy to play: the guitar never feels tense, yet it's robust enough to project in an ensemble setting.

This particular M is upgraded where it really counts. We're quite fond of German Spruce tops on a Froggy guitar ~ they seem to augment the instrument's natural propensity to generate lush overtones. That's certainly the case here, as this guitar's voice seems to have a built-in reverb tank! It's instantly responsive, and full of the kind of newly-discoverable tones that'll have you playing for hours on end. Priced with a Cedar Creek AVS hard case.
