Heather Brown's Sensation Fuzzdrive goes from wooly low-end fuzz to screaming overdriven mids - three gain stages, intuitive controls, and more usable range than its size suggests.

Heather Brown makes pedals the way good gear should be made - with a clear point of view and no unnecessary complexity. The Sensation Fuzzdrive is exactly what the name suggests: a tool for pushing your signal hard without losing control of it.

In Heather's own words: "It goes from fuzzy low-end to crisp overdriven mids, sure to make a screaming solo really jump out in a mix." That's the range this pedal covers, and it covers it intuitively.

Start with the Saturator - it lets you select up to three gain stages in series, which is where the Sensation's character really begins to take shape. From there, the Mids switch and Bass controls let you sculpt the tone on either side of the spectrum. The Gain switch adds a hi/low saturation option across any of the three stages, giving you a surprising amount of variety without a cluttered control layout.

The "Haptic Satisfaction" setting is a useful reference point - a midpoint on the sensation spectrum that gives you a clear before-and-after as you start exploring. It's a thoughtful touch from a builder who clearly plays these things.

***It's recommended to run a non-buffered signal into the pedal. For those of you that use a Boss TU-2 or TU-3 tuner (or any other buffered bypass pedal), put this before the tuner in your signal.
