Grosh NOS VT 59 Burst "Nashville" (USED, 2024)
T-Style · Single Coils Pickups · Used
This guitar is perfect for players seeking the best of the best, or, those who love Teles but want a more refined, versatile tone.
So, what’s the deal with the "Nashville" mod? It’s a popular Telecaster upgrade where players add a Strat-style middle pickup between the two Tele pickups, along with a 5-way switch (and in this case, a push/pull tone knob to activate all three pickups at once). This setup gives you the best of both worlds: classic Tele tones (bridge, bridge/neck, neck) plus the Strat's iconic 2 and 4 positions (bridge/middle, middle/neck). It's a versatile configuration we’ve loved for years, perfect for Tele players who occasionally crave those "clucky" Strat sounds but either don't want a Strat (or want to lug 2 guitars around). The satin-finished Medium/Large Roundback neck carve (.85"-.95") is another standout feature - fast and unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to believe you're playing a Tele. The fretwork is top-notch, and Don's pickups deliver gorgeous twang with a softened top-end (no harsh treble here) and killer compression.
