The Froggy Bottom H-12 Deluxe, bound in Koa and featuring a Florentine Cutaway, is one of the perennial TME favorites. Adding the cutaway to Froggy's H-12 platform allows a fingerstyle player to access the upper frets and retain all the warmth and fullness a 12-fret guitar offers.
The sound of this guitar is textbook Froggy Bottom: lush, warm, and robust, with added clarity and an articulate quality thanks to its German Spruce top. It's effortlessly responsive, and packs a punch under a flatpick ~ though it's a guitar that invites a sort of delicacy even upon first glance.
