Product information

Named after the Fullerton factory's plant manager Forrest White, this 1957 White combo is one of the most unique and exciting amplifiers ever produced under Leo's historic tenure.

1957 White Higher Fidelity Amplifier built in Fullerton, California.

This is perhaps one of the most complete and intact examples of the fabled combo named after Fender employee Forrest White. Built on the foundation of the 5F2 Princeton circuit, it separated itself from the Tweed aesthetic of the era with a unique vinyl covering, dark blue grill cloth, and matching blue leather handle, along with a silkscreened control layout specific to this amp.

Aside from a routine servicing which included a new 3-prong power cord, recap, and upgraded Weber Signature 8 Alnico speaker, the amp remains in fabulous original condition. The vinyl covering is very clean and tightly adhered to the cabinet, with little to no staining or tearing to be found. Despite typical dryness cracks, the original blue leather handle also remains in great shape, as does the grill cloth.

The cabinet itself is immaculate, including the baffle. Even the tube chart looks like it was printed out yesterday! The chassis is also just as clean as the other components- it's really a sight to see!

If you've been on the hunt for a White, we don't know if you'd find a cleaner one out on the market right now.

Includes Tuki padded clamshell slipcover and original speaker.

**Please Note: All vintage amplifiers - regardless of service history - contain electronic components that will eventually require replacement or repair. This is often unpredictable and should be expected as a vintage amplifier owner. We are not responsible for additional service upon receipt. We also do not guarantee tube life.**
