For many years Esteve guitars constituted the backbone of our classical offerings for aspiring players and professionals alike. We are proud to once again carry these finely crafted, wonderful sounding instruments made in Valencia, Spain.

Named for Esteve's co-founder, the "Adalid" model features a Spanish cedar top, Cocobolo double back and sides, and a lattice bracing system that combines ample low-mid power with warmth, tonal complexity and a very pleasing responsiveness. Tasteful appointments and fine details abound, from the striking headstock design to the wood bindings, the intricate mosaic rosette to the tasteful green-and-amber purfling scheme. By all accounts the Adalid is a standout, innovative instrument that competes quite favorably with far more expensive concert classical guitars.
