Collings' highly successful I-35LC Vintage model gets its first-ever full body 'burst treatment, leaning further into its Golden Era inspiration.
At first glance, this new I-35LC Vintage might seem like another variant of their great semi-hollow. But take a closer look...Offered for the very first time, this I-35LC Vintage is dressed in a full body Sunburst finish and topped with a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece for the ultimate in late 50s and early 60s ES aesthetic. It marks another step forward in Collings' legacy as one of the most talented and respected builders out there. The Throbak ESG102B pickups continue to deliver that fantastic late PAF/early Pat # number tone that made old 335s so revered. And for those that like a little wiggle, the Bigsby B7 vibrato is a lovely addition that works great with this guitar. It's still a very light instrument as well, topping out at about 7.5lbs on our scale.
