This gorgeously 'bursted 000-35 from luthier, David Flammang, would fit right into the stable of anyone looking for a small-shop 000-18 style guitar. While Flammang may be more recognized for his Gibson-style guitars, this one is built squarely in the Martin tradition, with forward-shifted scalloped braces, Red Spruce top, Ebony bridge & fingerboard, and squared-off rosewood peghead veneer. Its overall condition is excellent: the lacquer is still flat and glassy, there are no major cosmetic blemishes, and the frets show only a whisper of wear under the treble strings in the first position. The sound is extremely powerful, with plenty of warm low end, woody mids and snappy trebles. This would be a great small-bodied flatpicker, and responds to a heavy attack with a surprising amount of gusto. Price includes its original hard case.
