This 2019 Santa Cruz Tony Rice Professional has just arrived for consignment! Built in accordance with Tony Rice's preferred specs, including German Spruce soundboard, Brazilian Rosewood back & sides, and a narrow neck, this instrument is superb-sounding and easy to play. The voice is rich, warm, and complex, replete with overtones and the silkiness of sound associated with the man himself!
This guitar has been played, but remains in good overall condition. The top shows one noticeable ding between the bridge and end wedge, alongside minor dings in the lower bout. The back shows minor signs of handling (light button swirls, etc.) but still looks beautiful. Our shop has set it up anew, and it plays about as smoothly as a dreadnought can play.
